Receptionist

Main Responsibilities:

•Welcome and check guests in and out

•Verifies that all daily arrivals will have the scheduled room at the appointed time

•Listen and respond to guest queries and requests both in-person and by phone

•Adhere to the Hotels policies and standards and procedures

•Liaise with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to address any problems and ensure an overall comfortable guest experience

•Operate the Front Office computer programs and telephone system

•Ensuring proper billing and charging of all guest accounts

Qualifications and Experience:

•Prior experience in similar position or same position at 4 or 5 star hotels

•Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages (additional language/s will be considered an advantage)

•Customer service drive with excellent communication skills

•Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills

•Ability to work flexible hours and under pressure

•Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation
