Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
Manage reservations, room allocations, and cancellations using the hotel's property management system.
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Maintain accurate records of guests, arrivals, departures, and room status.
Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
