**Key Responsibilities:**

•Achieve and exceed individual and store Sales Goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

•Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive mindset at all times

•Ensure a welcoming client focused environment, offering best in class service in person, over the phone and through electronic communication

•Develop and maintain relationships with local and international clients

•Demonstrate sound product expertise and engage clients through brand details and product stories

•Problem-solving and solution-based approach

•Partner with management team to ensure client issues are properly resolved

•Organize stock on floor and in stockroom with store team and management

•Participate in all inventory and cycle counts and protect boutique assets

**Qualifications:**

•At least two years experience in retail or hospitality

•Strong drive for business results with passion for creativity and fashion

•Ability to develop lasting relationships through strong communication

•Outstanding customer service skills in person, over phone and through electronic communication

•Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment

•English and Russian or another language considered an advantage
