You will lead a team of CY based TA professionals and personally close the searches that matter most: senior, niche and critical roles across global markets. You will set the bar for how we hire. What you'll actually do Lead the team Coach recruiters in sourcing, assessment, stakeholder management and problem solving Set priorities and delivery standards - allocate and rebalance vacancies by business priority, capacity and expertise Catch pipeline and workload risks early and step into complex searches yourself Own the hardest searches Run senior, niche and business-critical hiring end to end, from intake to accepted offer Headhunt passive talent across markets and build pipelines for the roles the business will need next Advise the business Be a trusted TA partner to hiring managers and senior leaders: sharp intakes, calibration and clear, evidence-based recommendations Bring market intelligence on talent availability, compensation and competitor moves, and challenge requirements when the data says so Develop recruitment strategies to support launching the new offices in the new markets Drive with data and projects Own team metrics and turn bottlenecks into actions Join cross-team projects on process improvement and automation, including AI Shape our Employer Brand with the EB team through content, events and positioning in key talent markets Why you'll grow fast here Fintech compresses years into months - You'll hire across trading, engineering, product, risk and compliance side by side and learn how each part of a global fintech actually works International scale - Multi-market hiring across the globe builds a profile few TA leaders have Real influence - Your data and market insight support workforce decisions, directly delivered to C-level Room to build - You get a modern stack of technologies, tools, platforms and a m
