Waiter/ Waitress

Louis Hotels is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in Paphos Ivi Mare Hotel as the Waiter/Waitress.

Main Responsibilities:

•Provide excellent customer service.

•Take orders and serve them according to the standards of the hotel.

•Cooperate with all service Team.

•Follow all relevant health and safety regulations as well as all customer service guidelines.

•Make recommendations or share additional information to the guests upon request.

•Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and oversees cleanliness, and HACCP procedure.

Job Requirements:

•A minimum of 2 years' experience as a supervisor in a 4* or 5* hotel.

•A Diploma in Hospitality Management will be considered as an advantage.

•Excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.

•Exceptional guest service mindset.

•Pleasant personality with exceptional communication skills, team player with strong problem-solving abilities.

•Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

•Proficiency in using MS Office as well as point-of-sale (POS) systems.

•EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
