What you’ll be doing As a member of the Merchant Operations team, you will play a key role in providing ongoing support to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience to our merchant partners. This includes establishing effective communication channels, maintaining service standards, assisting partner growth through data-driven insights, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve urgent needs and share best practices. Day-to-day in this role you’ll: Menu & Assortment Management – Leading updates and improvements to restaurant menus and retail assortments on the platform;  Quality & Satisfaction Checks – Ensuring our portfolio of stores reach the highest Wolt service standards by conducting regular quality and satisfaction assessments;  Training & Support – Training our partner venues on how to use Wolt’s Portal and equipment to operate effectively and independently;  Sales & Operational Support – Assisting the Account Management and Merchant teams with partner-related administrative tasks, coordination, and performance-boosting initiatives;  Equipment & Tech Management – Resolving technical issues related to merchant operations;  Process Improvement – Identifying bottlenecks, suggesting improvements, and taking ownership of projects aimed at enhancing partner satisfaction and operational efficiency;  Collaboration – Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for both new and existing partners, while staying agile as the company continues to grow.
