Then apply now and let’s work on awesome games together. In this role you will Manage the end-to-end game design process for Talking Tom and Friends IP games. Collaborate with product, art, and engineering leads to implement gameplay mechanics, monetization systems, and player progression. Implement creative vision and maintain design quality across multiple projects simultaneously. Analyze gameplay data, player feedback, and market trends to provide information for design decisions. Champion fun, intuitive, accessible gameplay tailored to mobile platforms. Present clear documentation and pitches to internal stakeholders and team members. What we’re looking for A hands-on, creative approach to projects. Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment. Passion for mobile games—especially casual and hybrid casual genres. Deep understanding of game design principles, systems thinking, and behavioral economics. Strong understanding of player behaviors and motivations across target audiences. Strong balance between creative intuition and analytical thinking. Comfortable taking ownership and pushing projects forward with minimal oversight. Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to navigate cross-disciplinary areas. Positive, make-it-happen, lead-by-example attitude. Your experience 5+ years of professional experience in game design. Proven track record shipping mobile titles, ideally in the casual, and/or hybrid casual space. Hands-on experience with Unity or other game engines. Familiarity with live ops, A/B testing, and working with game analytics. Bonus: Background in UX, product design, and/or economy design.
