At least 20 working days a year if you work a five-day week, and 24 if you work six days a week. Your contract or a collective agreement can give more, never less.
Other minimums that apply to every employee:
- No more than 48 hours a week on average, overtime included.
- At least 11 hours of rest between working days and a weekly rest of 35 hours.
- A break of at least 15 minutes if you work more than 6 hours in a day.
The guide to rights at work has the rest, and where to complain.
